Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Personalized or customized products

    • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions

    • Perishable or hygiene-related items (e.g., personal care products)

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the provided return address. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after verifying the provided bank details.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] with photos of the defect.

  • If the same item is unavailable, you can opt for another product of equal value or request a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time:

    • Check your bank account.

    • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of defective/damaged products.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • PackDoodle is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Gifts

  • If you received the item as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

  • If the order is already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and you must initiate a return instead.
